In this option you can automate the process of sending successful order files to an internal or external system. This can be done in either a batch mode or real time. You also have the option of emailing the file or sending to an FTP location on one of Internet Conduits's servers or another server of your choice located at your company or where ever you would like the file sent. Only successful, approved orders appear on these files. All unsuccessful and incomplete orders may be found in the View Orders option.
You must contact Internet Conduits at 414-727-4033 or email support@InternetConduits.com to initially setup this feature and if FTP privileges are needed, the directory, file and passwords must be established before using this option.
This is the default that will be displayed when this option is activated. Click here to view the format for this file.

To set up a Batch process to an FTP location or an email address, click the Batch button and then the interval in hours when you want the files sent (the default is 1 hour). Click the FTP Address box and/or Email Address box and enter the FTP location and/or an email address. Both options may be selected. Be sure that you have established the correct path for the FTP location. An IP or domain name may be entered for servers not located at Internet Conduits. Examples of FTP address locations outside Internet Conduits would be FTP://141.219.42.33/directory/directory. Once an FTP address has been established, Internet Conduits will lock the address so it may not be changed without contacting our company. Please contact us at 414-727-4033 to change this address.
If there are no orders when the batch process time is due, an email will be sent. The default message is No New Orders. You may enter an alternative message in the No New Order Message field.
To set up a Real Time process to an FTP location or an email address, click the Real Time button. Click the FTP Address box and/or Email Address box and enter the FTP location and/or an email address. Both options may be selected. Be sure that you have established the correct path for the FTP location. An IP or domain name may be entered for servers not located at Internet Conduits. See above for examples of FTP locations to enter. Once an FTP address has been established, Internet Conduits will lock the address so it may not be changed without contacting our company. Please contact us at 414-727-4033 to change this address.
If you want the automated process to mark all orders as filled in the on-line catalog, then check the Mark Orders as Filled box.
Once you have determined which process you will use and entered the FTP and/or email address, click the Submit button.
If you wish to revert to your previous entries, click the Reset button.
The Error Detail button may be used to view any errors found in creating the Batch or Real Time files. Even though the file creation process may fail, the orders are still successfully completed in the Internet Conduits system and a copy of the order(s) may be found in the View orders option. You may manually process these orders or send out the ascii file manually and mark all orders as complete.
